Part‑Time Remote Recruiter for European Market

About the role

VendueTech is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support its fast‑growing European operations. This part‑time, fully remote position will allow you to shape the talent pipeline across engineering, marketing, sales, operations and design, while working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse set of roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Design and execute inbound and outbound sourcing strategies, leveraging AI‑powered tools and automation.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate experience, cultural fit and motivation.
• Manage candidate expectations around the equity‑only compensation model and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and support onboarding processes.
• Participate in ad‑hoc talent acquisition projects to improve processes and tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to manage both inbound and outbound recruitment for multiple business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to juggle several priorities simultaneously.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑driven sourcing and recruitment automation tools.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
