About the role

We are seeking a passionate Pastry Chef to join a modern Michelin‑starred restaurant in the heart of Dublin. You will work with a talented culinary team to create and execute a 13‑course seasonal tasting menu, focusing on creativity, quality, and meticulous presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate a variety of pastries and desserts for a high‑end tasting menu.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal pastry concepts.
• Maintain consistency and high standards across all pastry outputs.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a Michelin‑starred or fine‑dining environment.
• Strong passion for pastry and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work Tuesday to Saturday and relocate to Dublin if necessary.
