People & Culture Executive

About the role

The Tullamore Court Hotel, part of the iNUA Hotel Collection, is looking for a People & Culture Executive to support its people‑centric strategy. This hands‑on role will help create an environment where colleagues can develop skills, advance their careers, and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Support hotel leadership in delivering the People Strategy and ensure compliance with Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Assist in designing and rolling out training and development programmes for staff.
• Help manage the recruitment process to attract hospitality talent that embodies the iNUA spirit.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in building a career in People & Culture or HR.
• 1‑2 years experience in a People & Culture, HR, or hospitality operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field (or actively studying).
• Organised self‑starter with a passion for people and hospitality.
• Eagerness to develop practical knowledge of Irish employment law, employee relations, and HR systems.
