People Partner

About the role

We are looking for a People Partner to join our Galway site and become the primary HR contact for managers and employees. In this hands‑on role you will support day‑to‑day HR matters, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and HR operations while working closely with the Global HR Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main HR point of contact for managers and staff at the Galway location.
• Provide practical advice on performance, development, engagement and employee‑relations issues.
• Manage employee‑relations cases with fairness and sound judgement.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract, recruit and onboard talent across teams.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
• Maintain HR operations including employee data, payroll inputs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation, internal policies and TOPPAN Security standards.
• Support organisational change, HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

• Ability to build trust, listen carefully and give clear advice.
• Balance empathy with accountability and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive topics.
