About the role
As a Pharmacy Dispenser you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing medicines and friendly, reassuring advice that helps them feel better. The role combines accurate dispensing with high‑quality customer care in a busy retail pharmacy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medicines accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear, compassionate advice to customers about their medication and available health services.
- Answer customer queries and direct them to appropriate pharmacy team members.
- Promote additional health services and products that may benefit customers.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Friendly, customer‑focused personality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Professional experience in a pharmacy or similar customer‑service environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering safe, accurate service.
