About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join Hickey’s Pharmacy in Johnstown. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support and excellent service in a community pharmacy setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build loyalty.
- Promote and sell over‑the‑counter products, including skin‑care items.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure merchandising standards.
- Handle cash management duties accurately and securely.
- Support retail sales through link‑selling and promotion awareness.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with proven OTC sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Interest in retail pharmacy and healthcare products.
