Plant Manager – Senior Manufacturing Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to take full ownership of two closely‑located manufacturing sites in West Donegal. This senior leadership position will drive safety, quality, production, and financial performance in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations, including Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics, and Finance.
• Deliver strong KPI performance across safety, quality, service, cost, and people metrics.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
• Champion a Lean manufacturing culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee S&OP alignment, demand and capacity planning, inventory optimisation, and new product introductions.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency, ROI, and overall plant performance.
• Build and lead a high‑performance, engaged team focused on accountability and collaboration.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Sales, Product Development, and other sites.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to align operational priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leader in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Strong track record in operational performance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading S&OP processes and driving cross‑functional alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Solid financial acumen with budget management and profitability focus.
• Deep understanding of plant safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with influence at all levels.
• Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations Management (MBA desirable).
