Porter – Part‑time Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Porter to join our Inspire venue on a part‑time basis. Working 20 hours per week, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests while supporting the broader operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the lobby and other public areas clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Assist housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff with room set‑up, furniture movement and basic logistics.
• Perform light reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and run errands as needed.
• Ensure safety by placing and removing signage for wet floors or other hazards.

• Adaptable and able to embrace changing priorities.
• Strong communicator who can build relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Experience delivering high‑quality customer care.
• Proactive, able to take initiative and make decisions in the best interest of customers.
• Reliable with excellent time‑keeping and attendance.
