About the role

Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks relevant to professional PowerPoint, Excel, and Word use, simulating scenarios from Fortune 500 environments. Collaborate with an advanced language model (LLM) to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files, especially focusing on .pptx formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and initiate complex business tasks using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, emulating Fortune 500 scenarios.
• Collaborate with an LLM to discuss, edit, and generate .pptx files and other Office Open XML documents.
• Assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables per task, selecting the most accurate result.
• Create prompts and tasks that would normally require multi‑hour effort without AI assistance.
• Engage in structured, four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing for various industries and functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with significant exposure to Excel and Word, and a strong track record in professional business document creation.
• Experience developing and executing projects in finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, or retail across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR functions.
• Proven ability to craft realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of providing clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior engagement with LLMs or AI‑powered tools in iterative, conversational formats is highly desirable.
