Practice Accountant – Senior Level (Hybrid)

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Practice Accountant to join a fast‑growing, partner‑led firm in South Dublin. The role offers significant client exposure, a clear career path to partnership, and a hybrid working model.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accounts and provide advisory services for a portfolio of clients across Greater Dublin.
- Collaborate closely with Directors and Partners, learning from senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships without audit responsibilities.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant – ACA or ACCA qualified.
- 0‑3 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in an Irish practice outside the Top 10 firms.
- Demonstrated experience with Irish GAAP and FRS 102.

What we offer
- Base salary €54,000 – €64,000 plus an attractive benefits package.
- Flexible hybrid working: three days in the office, two days remote.
