Practice Manager

About the role

Truly Dental is seeking a Practice Manager to lead its Moate clinic. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership and financial stewardship to ensure a high‑quality patient experience and strong practice performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate dentists, nurses and front‑of‑house staff, fostering a positive culture.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, patient communications, stock control, compliance and POS systems.
• Monitor financial KPIs, prepare reports for the Regional Manager and implement strategies to grow revenue.
• Ensure exceptional patient care, manage online reviews, handle feedback and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate staff training on Truly policies and promote participation in learning programmes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase patient acquisition and community visibility.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of management experience in healthcare, dental or service‑oriented environments.
• Proven track record in people management and improving business performance.
• Understanding of patient privacy regulations and dental terminology.

Required skills

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentally, Exact or Carestream.
