About the role
We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to join Kilnamanagh Community National School for the 2026/27 academic year on a fixed‑term basis. The role involves delivering the primary curriculum, supporting student learning, and upholding the Teaching Council’s Code of Professional Conduct.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide tailored feedback.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
- Participate in school-wide activities and professional development.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland.
- Commitment to the professional code of conduct and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work 25 hours per week on site.
