As a Principal Recruitment Consultant specializing in Risk, you will act as a senior leader within the team, building strong client relationships and driving new business opportunities. You will mentor junior consultants, champion innovative recruitment solutions, and help shape the future of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex recruitment assignments, applying creative solutions to specific hiring challenges.
• Develop and deepen existing client relationships while generating new business through networking and market research.
• Manage and close high‑value deals, promoting the firm’s unique value‑add services.
• Own key client accounts, resolve issues, and consistently exceed expectations.
• Design and execute tailored recruitment campaigns, from sourcing to candidate briefing and feedback.
• Produce marketing collateral such as adverts and mail‑shots to support talent acquisition efforts.
