Private Client Tax Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join a leading Irish firm. The position combines compliance, advisory and business development work for a portfolio of private clients across Ireland and internationally, with hybrid working flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage varied advisory projects for a diverse private‑client portfolio.
• Build and maintain high‑quality client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and support talent development.
• Collaborate with cross‑border teams on complex tax matters.
• Drive business‑development initiatives within the private‑client team.
• Provide compliance support and respond to client queries.

Required profile

• IATI/CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified.
• 3–4 years of management experience in a tax practice or industry.
• Proven experience managing a private‑client portfolio with a commercial focus.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑management and mentoring abilities.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of private‑client tax advisory.
