About the role
We are a growing renewable energy business seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our expanding operations team. The role offers hands‑on exposure to procurement and finance processes across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with project, finance and supplier teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day procurement activities across several countries.
- Assist with purchase order creation, management and supplier onboarding.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
- Resolve supplier queries and invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation and reporting data.
- Contribute to procurement system enhancements, process improvements and workflow optimisation.
- Collaborate with project and finance teams to support purchasing activities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, finance, administration or a related field.
- Good understanding of purchase‑to‑pay or invoice processing.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work across teams.
- Proactive attitude, eager to learn and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
