Procurement Associate

About the role

A top‑tier global investment manager is hiring a Procurement Associate for its growing European office in Dublin. The role offers hands‑on commercial experience, broad category exposure and senior stakeholder visibility within a respected investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement across multiple categories, including IT.
• Run RFx processes, evaluate vendors and drive selection decisions.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, negotiating pricing, terms and commercial conditions.
• Partner with IT, Legal and Finance to align procurement with business needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain key vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain experience (IT sourcing a plus).
• Strong command of contract management and commercial terms.
• Sharp negotiator with a structured, analytical approach.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with GenAI procurement tools is advantageous.
