Product Designer - AI Application

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer specialized in AI applications to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first team based in Ireland. You will shape the user experience of next‑generation AI‑powered products, turning complex model capabilities into clear, intuitive, human‑centered interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UX and UI design for AI‑native products, including agent interfaces, model interactions, and developer tools.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate design decisions.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across product surfaces and web applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs from concept to production.
• Identify UX opportunities and contribute to product strategy and experience improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of product design experience (UX + UI) with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Experience designing AI‑native products such as chatbots, LLM features, agent systems, or prompt‑based interfaces.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design complex information architectures.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, remote‑first environments.

Required skills

• Figma (required).
• Prototyping tools such as Framer, Protopie (a plus).
• Fluency in using AI tools in daily workflow (design, ideation, prototyping, iteration).
• Experience with SaaS products, dashboards, or developer tools.
