Product Designer – Hiring Sprint

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, keeping customers at the centre of every decision. You will help shape the next generation of financial products that serve millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists and other stakeholders to define customer needs.
• Identify key project metrics and take ownership of their success.
• Conduct research and bring forward new findings to support complex company goals, such as launching in new territories.
• Design end‑to‑end product experiences, from wire‑framing to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops to validate concepts.
• Present technical design solutions during design reviews.
• Review release performance, extract learnings and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing commercial applications in‑house.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android and/or web platforms.
• Ability to think strategically about product direction while paying attention to detail.
