Product Designer (Mid Level)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Product Designer to shape how athletes and coaches interact with performance data. You will own end‑to‑end design across mobile and web, working in a hybrid setup with two days a week in our Dublin office.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, analytics views, and insight surfaces that turn complex data into clear, actionable information.
• Reduce cognitive overload by simplifying information architecture and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate closely with coaches, athletes, and sports scientists to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product.
• Use Figma and AI‑assisted prototyping tools to create rapid, high‑fidelity prototypes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product design experience with a strong UX/UI portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to design for both mobile and web platforms.
• Comfort working on data‑heavy or analytics‑driven products.
• Passion for creating intuitive experiences without sacrificing depth.
• Enjoys fast‑moving, collaborative environments and taking ownership of product outcomes.
