Product Management Specialist – Test & Learn Platform

About the role

The Business Experimentation & Optimization Product Management team is seeking a Specialist to own Mastercard’s Test & Learn platform, an analytics solution that enables large organisations to make multi‑million‑dollar decisions. You will shape product strategy, translate user insights into road‑maps, and drive end‑to‑end feature delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Product Manager for the Test & Learn product, guiding its evolution and market adoption.
• Develop product strategy based on user research, market trends, customer pain points, and commercial priorities.
• Translate deep user understanding into an actionable roadmap, leveraging research, sales, marketing, and usage data.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development: identify problems, define use cases, design solutions, write requirements, support development and testing, and measure impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including UX designers, engineers, and other product managers—to bring ideas to life.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work closely with engineers, designers, sales, marketing and users.
• Quick learner who can multitask, ask questions, make decisions, and mentor teammates.
• Strategic thinker capable of turning product vision into an actionable roadmap and balancing competing priorities.
• Strong professional presence with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar product management role or equivalent.
