Product Security Incident Response Engineer

About the role
Analog Devices is seeking a Product Security Incident Response Engineer to join its Limerick, Ireland or Edinburgh, Scotland offices. The role focuses on identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities across the company’s product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on software‑related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate product incident response activities for internal and external vulnerability reports across multiple product lines.
- Partner with product engineering teams to triage, develop, test, and deploy remediations following the PSIRT process.
- Perform security assessments during product development to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate professionally with security researchers and other external finders.
- Continuously improve PSIRT and product lifecycle processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on incident response experience in IoT, hardware, web or software applications.
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Required skills
- Incident response and vulnerability triage.
- Security assessments and remediation testing.
- Familiarity with PSIRT processes.
- Experience with IoT, hardware, web application and software security.
