Product & UX Designer

About the role

Induct is looking for a Product & UX Designer to own the user experience across its digital ecosystem, including mobile and web applications, the company website, marketing assets, and the visual identity of the brand. This hybrid role in Dublin offers high autonomy and the chance to shape how thousands of residents interact with smart access control hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Improve UX and UI for mobile and web applications used by residents, property managers, and installers.
• Rework user flows and create high‑fidelity mockups, user journeys, and concepts in Figma.
• Iterate on the company website and marketing content to ensure consistency and impact.
• Design physical touchpoints where hardware meets the user, such as onboarding materials, in‑app door interactions, and installation guides.
• Champion accessibility and usability across all digital and physical deliverables.
• Shape and evolve the brand’s voice, visual identity, and overall design language.

Required profile

• Strong design judgement with a focus on detail.
• Self‑starter attitude, ownership, and autonomy.
• Experience designing digital products or SaaS platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with hardware‑related product design.
• Understanding of front‑end basics and accessibility principles.
