Production Operative – Night Shift (4‑day week)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our processing plant in Enniskillen on a permanent night‑shift basis. You will be trained to set‑up and run processing machinery, carry out basic maintenance and ensure finished products meet quality standards, all within a supportive 4‑day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, operate and monitor processing equipment during night shifts.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks with full training provided.
• Inspect and verify the quality of finished goods.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.

Required profile

• Comfortable working hands‑on in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Willing to work permanent night shifts (Monday‑Wednesday 6 pm‑5:30 am, Thursday 6 pm‑1:30 am).
• Able to commute to Enniskillen.
