Production Operator – 16‑Week Contract

About the role
Innalabs is looking for motivated Production Operators to join its manufacturing team on a 16‑week fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of a permanent position. The role is ideal for candidates with at least six months of hands‑on production experience who can start immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out assigned production tasks on the shop floor following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain product quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment issues or production bottlenecks to supervisors promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum six months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Immediate availability for a temporary assignment.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.

- Pro‑rated annual salary of €30,600.
