Production Operator – Evening Shift

About the role

Join Merit Medical’s Galway facility as a Production Operator on the evening shift. You will rotate through multiple assembly lines, creating life‑changing medical devices while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of assembly tasks across different production cells.
• Conduct on‑line and in‑process visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist supervisors and technicians with product and machine change‑overs.
• Operate testing equipment for periodic product and process verification.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide overtime support and perform additional related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Adaptability to rotate between assembly lines and work cells.
• Strong dexterity and fine motor skills for precise assembly.
• Excellent visual inspection ability to detect defects.
