Production Operator – Weekend Shift

About the role

Join Merit Medical in Galway as a Production Operator on a weekend shift. You will rotate through multiple assembly lines, creating life‑changing medical devices while enjoying a three‑day work week (Friday‑Sunday, 6 am‑6 pm) and four days off.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across assembly lines performing a variety of precise tasks.
• Conduct on‑line and in‑process visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist supervisors and technicians with product and machine change‑overs.
• Follow all safety standards and procedures.
• Operate testing equipment for periodic product and process testing.
• Provide overtime support and perform related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Adaptable and able to work in different assembly cells.
• Excellent dexterity and fine‑motor skills.
• Strong visual acuity for flawless inspection.
• Team‑oriented with a reliable work ethic.
• Consistently meets production targets.
