Project Engineer

About the role

An experienced Project Engineer is needed to support a client based in County Clare. The role involves reviewing designs, specifications and customisations to ensure product compatibility and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Review designs, specifications, customisations and customer requirements for product compatibility.
• Oversee preparation of drawings, technical documents and manufacturing records for orders.
• Support internal cross‑functional teams with design reports, proposals and project execution.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams and vendors to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain project plans and monitor progress to guarantee on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Strong technical experience in an energy, oil and gas or similar environment.
• Proficient computer skills with familiarity in MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or comparable 3D‑modelling packages.
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and manufacturing process planning.
