Project Manager – Digital & Operational Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital and operational projects that drive our global growth. The role involves delivering web‑based initiatives on time and within budget while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across IT, sales, marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ensuring milestones align with strategic objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Enterprise Project Management Office and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, SOPs and work instructions.
• Report project performance using key KPIs and manage resource allocation.
• Facilitate cross‑functional and multi‑time‑zone collaboration and serve as a super‑user of project management software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience delivering projects across technology, marketing, sales and operations.
• PMI certification is an advantage.
• Fluent English and ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
• Adaptable, resilient and comfortable with shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
