Project Manager

About the role

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Europe. You will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to handover, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of commercial projects valued between €500,000 and €10 million.
• Conduct initial client briefings, define scope, goals and deliverables, and create detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Prepare budgets, track expenditures, manage cost reporting and forecast final project costs.
• Support procurement, tendering and contract administration, including payment applications and change orders.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, monitor on‑site progress, and mitigate risks related to time, cost and quality.
• Perform regular quality control checks and enforce health‑and‑safety protocols on site.
• Manage project closeout, coordinate final inspections, resolve defects, and finalize documentation and accounts.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in managing the full project lifecycle from briefing through construction to handover.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High proficiency with MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.
