Project Manager – Medical Device Innovation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional product innovation programmes for a multinational medical‑device organisation. The role will guide products from concept through global launch and post‑launch optimisation, covering Class II medical devices, wellness products, nutritional supplements and cosmetics.

Key responsibilities

• Own multiple end‑to‑end product development programmes, translating business strategy into detailed project plans, timelines and roadmaps.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics aligned with strategic priorities.
• Manage budgets, resource planning and forecasting across a dynamic portfolio.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to project teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Deliver regular executive‑level updates and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Build integrated plans across engineering, regulatory, quality, supply chain and commercial workstreams.
• Drive stage‑gate progression, monitor critical path activities and manage risks, escalations and resource gaps.
• Integrate regulatory strategy into timelines, ensuring audit‑ready documentation and compliance with multi‑market requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional product development programmes.
• Background in Class II medical‑device development or related regulated sectors.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with experience overseeing and developing project team members.
• Ability to translate business strategy into executable project plans and deliver executive‑level communications.
