Project Manager – Turnkey Recycling Plant Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of turnkey recycling plant solutions across Ireland, the UK, Australia and other international markets. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality delivery, on‑time completion and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all project stages – planning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Support Site Managers to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.
• Lead regular site progress meetings and produce detailed progress reports.
• Manage contract variations, invoicing schedules and project documentation.
• Maintain continuous client engagement and exceed expectations.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project, site supervision or construction management.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering or industrial projects.
• Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical, civil or related) is desirable.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
