Project Manager – Utilities (12‑month contract, hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading utilities client in Dublin on a 12‑month contract. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while driving project delivery using the PMM methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to apply PMM methodology for successful project development and delivery.
• Facilitate workshops covering project planning, WBS development, risk management, lessons learned, and stakeholder management.
• Capture and review feedback on PMM processes, tools, and templates to promote continuous improvement.
• Develop project management capability within the designated department or business unit.
• Lead the rollout of PMIS and PMM tools across the project management community.
• Provide ongoing stakeholder engagement and ensure adherence to PMM processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with PMM or similar project management methodologies.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.
