Project Scheduler

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Project Scheduler to join its Dublin office. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules across the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s Delivery Programme standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and Gantt charts using Primavera P6, based on the standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Identify and define all project activities, milestones, and deliverables from feasibility through operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to set realistic durations, sequencing, and resource assumptions.
• Maintain logic ties, dependencies, leads, lags, and float to accurately identify critical paths.
• Integrate individual schedules into a consolidated Master Programme Schedule for portfolio‑level reporting.
• Conduct contractor programme reviews, schedule risk assessments, and critical‑path analysis.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and monitor project performance.
• Prepare cost‑loaded schedules to aid cash‑flow forecasting and financial planning.

• Excellent collaboration skills to engage with project managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, timely schedule updates.
