Property Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Property Legal Executive to join a Dublin‑based law firm specialising in residential conveyancing. The role involves managing conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion under solicitor supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction to post‑completion.
• Draft and review contracts for sale, respond to requisitions and prepare supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions to progress transactions.
• Order and review property and planning searches, as well as title documents.
• Prepare closing statements, completion packs and handle Land Registry/Registry of Deeds applications.
• Submit stamp duty returns using the Revenue eStamping system.
• Assist with mortgage documentation and lender requirements.
• Maintain client files, deadlines and compliance with Law Society regulations.
• Conduct title checks, raise requisitions and provide regular client updates.
• Handle post‑completion matters, including registration and file closure.

Required profile

• Minimum three years recent experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate practices and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service focus.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Revenue eStamping system.
• Experience handling Land Registry and Registry of Deeds applications.
