About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level Property Operations Coordinator to join our fast‑growing PRS and Cost Rental platform in Ireland. Reporting to the Property Management Team Lead, you will support day‑to‑day property operations while helping to optimise systems, processes and cross‑department workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily property operations including maintenance coordination, tenant queries and lease administration.
- Manage tenant communications through centralised inboxes and phones, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, liaising with contractors and internal teams.
- Provide onsite operational support such as key management, meter readings and property inspections.
- Maintain work orders and data in MaintenanceIQ, ensuring accurate administration.
- Champion new software tools and features, supporting rollout and adoption across the team.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in property operations and system optimisation.
- Resident‑first mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and follow defined procedures and governance frameworks.
Required skills
- Experience or familiarity with Yardi property management software.
- Experience or familiarity with MaintenanceIQ maintenance coordination platform.
