Public & Regulatory Solicitor – Dublin

About the role

We are expanding our highly regarded Public & Regulatory team in Dublin and are looking for ambitious solicitors with up to three years of post‑qualification experience. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high‑profile matters, including investigations, regulatory enforcement, disciplinary proceedings, judicial review, statutory interpretation and public/administrative law.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers on investigations and regulatory enforcement actions.
• Prepare and draft submissions for judicial review and statutory interpretation cases.
• Support disciplinary proceedings and advise public bodies on complex legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis across public and administrative law matters.
• Collaborate with regulators and public agencies to develop practical solutions.

Required profile

• 0–3 years PQE in litigation, public law or regulatory matters.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities.
• Interest or experience in judicial review and regulatory investigations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial, solutions‑focused mindset.
