Python Developer – Contract – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join a collaborative, multi‑functional team in Dublin. The role focuses on delivering best‑in‑class technology solutions and includes dedicated time for personal growth and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑scale production applications using Python.
• Work with enterprise‑level web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve existing technology solutions.
• Implement and support microservices architectures in containerised environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major Python web framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Proven experience building production‑grade applications.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and database design.
• Experience with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of accountability.
