Quality Control Inspector

About the role

Silent-Aire Europe is looking for a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all products meet the high standards expected by the company and its customers. The role involves inspecting, documenting, and troubleshooting production processes while collaborating closely with manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Approve in‑process production by confirming specifications through visual and measurement checks.
• Generate iAuditor inspection reports and work with production to resolve open items promptly.
• Create and maintain quality check sheets and standards for new product designs.
• Mentor and liaise with production, electrical, plumbing, and stores teams to guarantee compliance with client standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to implement more efficient manufacturing processes.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives and uphold a safe, healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Conscientious, responsible, and highly detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Understanding of quality‑control procedures and relevant legal standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using iAuditor for inspection reporting.
