Quality Control Inspector

About the role

Silent‑Aire Europe is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all products meet the high standards required by the company and its customers. The role involves inspecting, documenting and troubleshooting production processes, as well as developing new inspection check sheets for upcoming designs.

Key responsibilities

• Approve in‑process production by confirming specifications through visual and measurement checks.
• Generate iAuditor inspection reports and collaborate with the production team to resolve open items promptly.
• Create and maintain quality check sheets and standards for new products.
• Mentor and liaise with production, electrical, plumbing and stores teams to guarantee compliance with client standards.
• Work with engineering and production to implement more efficient manufacturing processes.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives and uphold a safe, healthy work environment.
• Support the quality management system by completing related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Conscientious, responsible and highly detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Understanding of quality‑control procedures and relevant legal standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using iAuditor for inspection reporting.
