Quality Coordinator – Clinical Documentation & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Coordinator to support our clinic’s quality systems, documentation control, and record archiving. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and helps maintain efficient administrative processes within a fast‑growing IVF treatment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate document reviews and maintain the electronic document control system.
• Distribute updated documents, track acknowledgements and manage file collection, transport, and off‑site archiving.
• Support internal audits, maintain audit schedules and assist with incident/non‑conformance reporting.
• Maintain logs such as recall log, risk register, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance records and prepare monthly quality reports.
• Provide general administrative support to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a clinic or regulated environment.
• Experience working with a Quality Management System (QMS) in a regulated setting.
• Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Quality Management System (QMS) tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
