Quality Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

You will coordinate and oversee quality assurance and inspection activities across all manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee QA and inspection across manufacturing.
• Lead a team of Quality Inspectors, ensuring ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Manage team development through coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Drive quality KPIs and support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Act as the primary interface between quality and other departments.
• Participate in new product introductions, continuous improvement projects and ESG initiatives.

Required profile

• Level 7 qualification in Quality, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience supervising staff in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
