Quality Technician 3 – Night Shift

About the role

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Quality Technician 3 to provide hands‑on quality support on the back‑end night shift within a regulated medical‑device manufacturing environment. This permanent, non‑rotational night position runs Friday‑to‑Sunday and alternate Thursdays from 7 pm to 7 am, offering a unique work‑life balance with only 14 days worked every 28‑day period.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, GMP, and applicable regulatory standards on the manufacturing floor.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, driving decision‑making, continuous improvement, and process excellence.
• Perform investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective‑preventive actions for quality issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to uphold product quality.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, preferably in medical‑device or related regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work independently during night shifts.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge.
