Quantitative Psychologist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Quantitative Psychologist to join our DataAnnotation team as an AI Trainer. In this fully remote position you will work with cutting‑edge AI models, evaluating and improving their quantitative reasoning capabilities while setting your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated quantitative analyses—including statistical tests, predictive models, and data‑driven insights—for technical accuracy and real‑world validity.
• Design and solve quantitative problems that serve as training and benchmark data for AI systems (forecasting, experimental design, optimization, statistical inference).
• Write clear technical explanations and well‑documented analytical code.
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models for quantitative reasoning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a quantitative role or research environment (e.g., data science, economics, physics, biostatistics, operations research).
• Proficiency in English at native or bilingual level with strong written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Practical experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling and experimental design (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, time‑series forecasting).
• Ability to write and review analytical code end‑to‑end (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
