About the role
The global advisory firm is looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at its Dublin 4 office. This permanent, on‑site position combines front‑desk duties with basic administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, including building access control, visitor registration and mail distribution.
- Screen, direct and log incoming telephone calls.
- Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms for staff and clients.
- Support HR, Finance, IT and other departments with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all guests.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, office management, executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, warm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with multiple departments.
