Receptionist / Reservations Agent

About the role

Join the award‑winning team at Harvey's Point Hotel as a Receptionist and Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in/out experience and handling reservation enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations, including guest check‑in, check‑out and audit procedures.
• Handle phone reservations, respond to guest queries and provide accurate information on room rates and special offers.
• Deliver exceptional service, anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform cash handling in line with company policy.
• Carry out general office duties such as correspondence, email management and filing.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional appearance, pleasant disposition and confidence in promoting the hotel experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with revenue management systems is desirable; knowledge of Hotsoft PMS is an advantage.
