Recruiter – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract (On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our international AI‑focused team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. This fully on‑site position offers the chance to move from agency recruiting into an in‑house environment and work closely with colleagues across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, conduct reference checks, make offers and lead orientation for new employees.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Perform exit interviews and manage changes to employee status.
• Follow established guidelines and company procedures.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from an agency background.
• Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland.
• Available to start in late April or May.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work fully on‑site.

Required skills

• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases and referrals.
• Proficiency with Excel and AI‑enabled recruitment tools.
