Recruiter – 6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

You will join a well‑established aviation and maintenance organisation that values collaboration, trust and high standards. As a Recruiter on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, you will own the full recruitment life‑cycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver timely hiring solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing recruitment advice and market insight.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, talent pooling and networking.
• Develop pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Maintain requisitions, compliance and data accuracy within the ATS.
• Produce regular recruitment activity reports and updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in in‑house or agency recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Hands‑on experience using an ATS; Workday experience is advantageous.
• Track record of successful direct sourcing and pipeline development.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
