Recruiter Consultant – EMEA Tech & Sales Hiring (6‑month contract)

About the role

RGP is seeking a Recruiter Consultant to support its clients on a range of large, complex projects. Based in Dublin with a hybrid schedule, you will lead end‑to‑end hiring for Sales and Customer Success teams across the EMEA region for a six‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for SMB, BDR and Account Executive positions, as well as Customer Success roles.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using appropriate channels.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders remotely.
• Deliver hiring targets in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience across EMEA markets.
• Background in tech recruitment, sales recruitment or in‑house hiring for Customer Success.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high‑volume, fast‑moving settings.
• Excellent stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
