Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition (12‑month contract)

About the role

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead the full‑cycle recruitment process for engineering and product roles across the EMEA region. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will involve partnering with global hiring managers, developing search strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from kickoff calls to offer closure.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent needs with business objectives.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assess candidates against company values and role requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Finance, HR, Total Rewards, and TA Operations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal SLAs.
• Leverage talent intelligence and data reporting to improve recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology companies with a global presence.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven success recruiting engineering and product roles in the EMEA region.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
