Recruiter – Healthcare Services

About the role

Nua Healthcare Services, a private healthcare provider in Ireland specialising in residential and supported living services for children and adults with complex support needs, is looking for a Recruiter. The post holder contributes to recruitment practices and objectives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture focused on empowerment, quality, productivity and standards. The role is based in the Naas office, with hybrid working available.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting and interviewing
• Carry out all pre-employment checks, including reference checking
• Issue offers of employment and contracts of employment
• Create and update job descriptions and staff personnel files
• Compile recruitment metrics as requested and maintain personnel files in line with legal requirements
• Help develop an employee-oriented culture of quality, continuous improvement and high performance
• Maintain strict confidentiality about staff and take part in a rotational on-call system

Required profile

• Prior minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• HR qualification preferable; CIPD qualification preferable
• Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area
• Full clean driver's license

• Excellent communication and written communication skills, including report writing
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
• Excellent IT and administration skills
• Self-motivated, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
